You'll miss out on Nintendo new money printer, Pokemon Leaf Green and Fire Red.

What I recommend? Get yourself a Gamecube, a nice console with Pokemon Colleseium and of course Zelda, Mario, Metroid etc... and buy it with the GB player bundle... sure you can pick it up somewhere for like £80... still cheaper than an SP and you get 2 consoles.

Heh. Bear in mind that games and console depreciate rapidly in price, so if you can wait half a year it'll probably be half the price it is now.
