I watched Pleasantville the other day, excellent movie, but it's another one you don't seem to sell. Oh well.

Because you obviously missed that you now sell The Dark Crystal and if you think Labyrinth doesn't have mass appeal you would be wrong!
I am very sure that if someone came on this site looking for a DVD to buy and saw a labyrinth banner or advertisment and they had seen the film before they WOULD buy it!
Its one of those films!

At the moment Special Reserve list over 900 DVD's, that's one of the biggest ranges in the UK.
We have to be very choosy about what films go in and what films we won't sell. In the case of Labyrinth and Dark Crystal, although they are cult films and I too am a fan, they would not sell the numbers necessary to warrant the marketing effort. We can only push the movies we think are going to have mass appeal, otherwise our marketing team would never get home.
