Ok, thanx guys, you're so kind.
It is basically a disc you use before you play the game that you wish to cheat on that allows you to modify the game, by giving yourself unlimited ammo, extra items, health, etc.
You're better off asking at www.codejunkies.com though - for I'm sure many people here will just pick on you for even mentioning the words 'Action Replay'
