I am currently stuck on grand theft auto vice city. I just completed the mission "boomshine saigon", i own everything that i can own, the only mission circle i can find is at sunshine auto's where you do street races. I need to know how to get to where my friend turns against me. please help me

all i say is gtavc on xbox will do well but for ps2 owners who bought it about 1 year ago and 250 odd hours playing it is just a little old.
