Harder than monkey ball hard, and twice as frustrating.

Im a product of the solitare control style from goldeneye. If i cant use my left hand for looking/aiming and my right hand for moving forward/backward and strafing left and right im at a loss.

Not really, you wait till its about to pounce then you strafe to the side. But when there are five of them it gets a bit tricky, its not helped by the awful controls either, they should have had a custom option like timesplitters.

The skill of dodgin vampires are lost on you young Cookie man!
A good addition when the single player gets annoying.
But seriously 2 vampire swipes taking off a full energy bar, that sucks ass.
tee hee the fun.
In the maingame, choice of weapons is the key.
Get out the games a piece of Pi$$, confessingly I don't have it on the harder difficulty setting.
I finished it quite quickly on normal difficulty whilst only dying a few times. The best weapons to have are the auto/assault rifle, shotgun and/or the law giver, most of the other guns are harder to use.
Tried the multiplayer yet? It's like Unreal but with a fixed weapons set and very strange AI.
