I have heard that Microsoft Customer Service is really bad. Has anyone here had problems? Personnally, my Xbox broken, and they sent me a brand new once 2 weeks later...
I had to send my Xbox, with halo and sega gt. Oh, i had to give the reciept as well!
they r some of the best I've seen around...
So did they just send a new one or did you have to send the broken one to them?
