In a strange new storyline set to develop before the end of the year it has been revealed that the Queen Mother will partake in next years Royal Rumble.
Since her recent blood transfusion the QM has been told that she needs a good work out once in a while. Hearing this she quickly got in touch with her old friend William Regal, who immediately set up a meeting with Vince McMahon.
Vince immediately begun working on potential story lines for the QM, with a number being rejected before they came to an agreement.
One of the rejected storylines involved the QM becoming romantically linked with Ric Flair, who is set to join the WWF as a commentator, and manager of a number of the WWF's top heels. It was planned that one of Ric Flairs wrestlers would get in some trouble in a match, only to be helped out by the QM when she puts his opponent in a Boston Crab.
However, this angle fell through when negotiations with Ric went sour.
It was then that Vince say the Royal connection.
The Queen Mother will debut at No Mercy, interfering with the WWF title match, that is planned to be a triple threat with The Rock, Triple H and Kurt Angle, though there are fears that Triple H may never fully recover from his current injuries.
Basically the plan is to screw The Rock over, under the orders of Regal and Vince.
This will lead to The Rock having to enter the Royal Rumble in an attempt to get a shot for the title at WrestleMania.
Rock also gets screwed over in the draw, and gets No 1, with numbers 2, 3, 4 and 5 all being goons hired by Vince to do a number on The Rock. The Queen Mother is thought to enter at number 6, and betray Vince by clearing the ring of his goons, and saving the Rock.
Vince hopes that this will develop into a tag team partnership between The Rock and the Queen Mother.
