hi, i am considoring buying a domain through getdotted and take advantage of the free hosting
i was wondering, can i check my getdotted domain e-mail and upload files to my getdotted site using my existing ISP which isnt freeola.. or would i have to connect to a freeola account to do this?

You have to be connected via freeola to upload files, you can check emails via any isp.

Uploads are quick (depending on file sizes) so it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

could you point me in a direction that would register and host my domain name and would offer me a decent amount of webspace that would still allow me to use my current dial up.
