When ever I'm on my xbox or just watching television, the screen constantly flickers black and then returns back to normal.

I have tried taking out each of the plugs, that didn't work.
I have took all the scarts out and it did it on normal television.

Therefore, I think it must be either the television itself, ie. insides of it, the aerial or the plug. What do you guys think?

I will post this in general aswell.

Thanks in advance.

Did you chance the picture display option from 50Hz to 60hz in the Xbox console settings? If so change it back to 50hz and I'll bet the problem disappears.

I'ld rather see if I can sort it out later tonight first, if not I'll get the woman to ring up.

I'll look in instruction manuel aswell.

Take it back then - it will still be in warranty so you don't have anything to worry about.

Or, you could try blowing all the sockets - there may be dust clogged up. I've found that to be a problem quite a few times, mainly due to the fact that the behind-the-TV area always gets neglected when cleaning...

So try blowing the sockets - and the plugs themselves.

Still nothing? You *might* need a new TV.

If you've tested *all* the connections, it's probably your TV I'm afraid.
