I have just upgraded my PC from a P2 333mhz, 64mbRAM with graphics and sound cards built into the mobo, to a Duron 850mhz, KT7A mobo, 256 mb of RAM and a Geforce 2 MX Graphics card. Bizzarely, the large fan in the power supply box has stopped working, so i took the fan from the P2 and taped it onto a ventilation grate to extract the hot air.
But now any videos or games i run take ages to load up and are slow and jumpy, is this an overheating problem or maybe something to do with software or wrong BIOS settings?

Don't run your PC anymore!!!!
The PSU is probably overheating and not supplying the CPU with enough power!
You could seriously damage the processor!!!!
Buy a new 300W PSU as soon as you can! And don't use your PC until you do!
