Tripod.com is a great web site builder facility tool that allows you to have up to anywhere in the region of 30MB free and link new pages into it, for even more space.
It comes either with your' own design, or one from a selection of custom made backgrounds and icons, together with the ability to use HTML or not. Pictures and movies can be uploaded easily.

The only disadvantage is that you must type '.tripod.com' after your' website address, but other than that, it is easy to use!
