When I was in my local SR shop ( Chelmsford ), I heard an audio broadcast over the speakers with someone taling about SR. Then minutes later, this guy walked out of a room that said "Do Not Enter" and he had the same voice as the guy in the broadcast.

Does this mean that the SR Broadcasts take place in the shop? Tony or Ali, elaborate please.
