won a comp at my local games store and the prize is ten pc games off my choice.

advice needed

if it helps i have a 128 geforce 5200 graphics card and 512 mb ddr ram and the only pc game i have is gta 3

If you don't already own them, GTA III and Vice City would be good games to get. Otherwise, I would reccomend Simpsons Hit & Run and Champ Manager 03/04.

I haven't played F1 Career Challenge or Crazy Taxi III yet, but they could also prove worth getting.

Top ten PC games, hmm, I'd recommend:

Call of Duty
Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne
Battlefield 1942
Star Wars: Knight of the Old Republic
Prince of Persia
Vietcong: Purple haze
Halo
Need For Speed: Underground
Mafia
GTA: Vice City

Also, if there is no rule against it, I'd suggest you choose either of these games, as apposed to those mentioned above, though these have yet to be released:

Half Life 2
Doom 3
Far Cry
Unreal Tornement 2004
Battlefield: Vietnam
Rome: Total war
S.T.A.L.K.E.R
And Gangland

I am currently playing a review code (full version) of Savage: Battle for Newerth and it really is a sweet game. Definitley not for those who want pick up and play action but it will run on your card easily enough as it doesn't push your hardware.

He wants to know what games to get and ones that will run smoothly enough with his card. I know myself that the 5200 really isn't a card for the latest games. I think he just wants to know what to get that will run with his card whilst remaining playable.

2) Half-Life (with expansion packs)
3) Operation Flashpoint (with expansion packs)

No one mentioned any Sports games. So if your machine can handle them I would suggest Pro Evo Soccer 3, and Tiger Woods 2004...

Championship Manager 03/04 should be one of the games you choose. This is the best Manager game of them all.
