Yep, in America, you could unlock the the original Prince of Persia and Prince of Persia 2, and the game was LIVE aware, which means that you can access all of your Xbox Live functions from inside the game (like see what your friends are playing, and show up on their lists so they can invite you to games).
So what do Ubi Soft go and do?
They go and remove Prince of Persia 2 and the LIVE aware capabilities. What's the fookin' point? I heard they'd add some stuff because of the PS2 exclusivity deal, not take it away...
So incase you were wondering, the secret bit where you unlocked POP2 in the NTSC version has now changed to you unlocking the original POP...

Yes, but the *new* game is incredibly short, and not all that replayable, so it'd be nice to POP 2 there...
It doesn't really bother me. I'm much more interested in the *new* game.
