Anyone know if the the rummour is true?
=====================================
1. Open the Skirmish Join Panel (CTRL+J) and select
a level 65 skirmish. I use to do Defence of the Prancing
Pony (level 50-65) or Ford of Bruinen (level 55-65).
2. Set the difficulty to Tier1, the size to Solo and the
level to 62 or 63 (you get less Skirmish Marks, but
it is easier and faster to complete the skirmish).
3. Join the skirmish and complete it as fast as you can.
Not too much to say here, you will manage to do it
faster after you complete the same skirmish two or
three times. On average, it takes 30 minutes.
4. Repeat the steps 1, 2 and 3 for the other skirmish.
5. At a Skirmish Camp, barter the Special Marks you
eventually got for regular Skirmish Marks.
6. Buy a Scroll of Lesser Empowerment from the
Legendary trader. This cost you 816 Skirmish Marks.
You should have them after you complete 2 skirmishes.
7. Go to the Auction Hall and set the scroll for sale.
Check if there are other similar scrolls for sale and for
what price. The actual AH price for the Scroll of Lesser
Empowerment is between 5 and 10 Gold, depend on
the server you are playing. I always managed to sell the
scroll with the first listing (48 hours).
======================================
ATTENTION:
We are talking here about the low version of this
scroll: "Scroll of LESSER Empowerment", and not about
its advanced version: Scroll of Empowerment".
The advanced version cost 1950 Skirmish Marks and the
AH price it is 7-15 Gold. So, it is way more effective
to farm the "LESSER" version.
Now, repeat the 7 steps a few times and you will have
enough gold to buy your desired weapon.
I hope you'll find my little guide helpful.
And once again... Sorry for the long email.
See You in Middle-Earth!
Most amusingly about OPM - apparently they aren't very good at skateboarding. Ho ho....
Did anyone else know that Fred Durst was actually a millionaire record exec before Limp Bizkit were 'discovered'? Just thought I'd let you know.
And as for OPM "Heaven is a half-pipe"..nothing like a bunch of 35r olds singing about skateboarding.
I smell corporate puppets with these pretty-boys.
