The problem here is you can get free e-mail addresses all over the web. He could sign up hundreds of times. There is no real way of stopping this. The only thing they can do is keep banning him when he comes back. They should only allow members to use the forums, that way you need to use your membership number to log on. The only way I can think of to stop peole banned comming back. I would imagine everyone here is a member anyway.
