Does anyone know where I could get a real good one, real cheap? I really want to get SIn and Punishment and if I can 64-o-sumo!

It a convertor cartridge- a thing that you plug into your n64, and can play import games on them. You can get them from almost any import shop, try CEX, they're quite good with import games.
