I recon the PS1 has a bit more than a year left. There are over 6 million units in this country alone, and for that reason they are still making games for it, and while they are still making games, people are still going to buy the machine.

Itll only phase out when the userbase of the next gen lot grows, and thats got at least 6 months to go or so.

Dont go over the top now the PS1 has got maybe a year left in, I cant think why but anyway. What does the end bit mean about the 5 year old kid etc, makes no sense to me.

the ps1 and ps2 is going to be going for years to come but as soon as the gamecube comes out the n64 will die and not be heard of again unless you want a 20quid system that isnt wanted by a 5 year old kid

N64 got 3 years left?! production of 64 games end this year.

I dont agree with your statement at all how the heck is the PS2 better than the N64 dont be so stupid, u only have to look at the facts the PS2 is nearly dead the N64 has got a good three years left in it.
