I haven't played it all that much yet, but will do tonight. I've never really played this type of game before (never owned a GBC,) and from what I've played, it seems like a lot of fun.
Anyway, I'm still a Sony at heart. {:) When Sony bring out a decent handheld, I'll be selling my GBA and getting that. {:)
Right, now I'm gonna try and figure out how to attach that stupid lace thing to the GBA Carry Case.
Thanks for reading, Ant.
Oh yeah-thanks for all the birthday messages guys!!

Sniper's on holiday for a month!
Although he did find time to send me a superb birthday card!! I'll have to thank him.
yey!
But FM's right. I would probably get a GameCube or an X-Box, but after getting a GBA, I really don't have the money.
And it's true. At the moment, the PS2 appeals more to me than anything else.
The GBA is the only brilliant handheld out there (apart from GBC, I guess,) so I got that.

Because of the money. Basically, a decent console and a few games is going to cost you £200+, if you're talking about PS2 and X-Box you're looking at £300+ unless you go second hand.
PSX and N64 is fine, graphically they are on a par, same will go for PS2, GC and X-Box. But because of the sheer price of these consoles, most gamers will stick to one and use that exclusively.
Therefore it's a big decision, and we're constantly arguing over which will be the correct decision (even though there is no 'correct' decision), in an effort to ensure that we are making the right choice for ourselves. (Even though there probably isn't one of those either).
It's tempting to go for the alleged cheaper alternative of the Gamecube, but then pay a little more for a PS2 and you get a DVD player thrown in right out of the box, and backwards compatibility with most of the PSX's 600 game catalogue.
Pay a little more again for an X-Box and some extras and you get hard drive built in, DVD, a wealth of original games, online capabilities at high bandwidth...etc. etc.
My alternatives are that I could maybe stretch to a PS2 with my current Dreamcast, or I could go all out for the X-Box, which is in my mind going to be the most expensive of the lot, but in the long term, on the principle that 'you get what you pay for', it could be the soundest investment, but it would by necessity have to exclude other consoles because of the cost.
It would be like not being able to buy Walls sausages

Have you not seen Captian Birdseye lately?
He's not the old guy he was, he's young, and tough.
In the old days you may have been able to pull the wool over Cap'n Birdseye's eyes, the old codger wouldn't have noticed you frying your 'alien' sausages.
Bu the new Cap'n?
He's on to you pal.
He knows of your suasage sizzling shenanigans, and he's not at all happy.
By the way, do Birds Eye make sausages?
It would be like not being able to buy Walls sausages because you've bought Birds Eye fishfingers.
I happily own a Sega Dreamcast and Nintendo 64, which I happily play on a Sony TV with the sound coming out of a Sony mini system. I also would not be adverse to owning a Sony Ps2, but lack of money stops me from doing so.
Ant, may you have lots of fun with your GBA and don't feel pressured by other sheep into buying just Sony equipment in future.

HA!
I'm no Bill Gates, though. {:)
