Nope, there's no Live tag on the box and no instructions about Live in the manual.
The nearest equivalent to it on Live would be Magic the Gathering: Battlegrounds

I've got it but I'm working my way through Deus Ex 2 first.
It's a strange hybrid of strategy (stratego/chess) and beat 'em up (the battles take place in real time and there are special moves and combos).
I read the manual fully last night and it looks excellent, won't get around to playing it for a bit yet though.
