No to all 3 . The wireless controller is very poor and the screen (unless you travel a lot) is a complete waste of money, as is the vertical stand which unless is a 3rd party stand with game storage attached is a complete waste, I still fail to see what it actually does.

You dont need any peripherals, you only need a memory card a remote control(preferably dual shock 2). You can get TXime Crisis 3 witha light gun, which is a rather good deal. You can get a dancemat if you like dancing or an eyetoy if you ussually have friends around your house.
You could get e driving wheel to play driving games. If you watch DVDs on your PS2, get the official Sony DVD remote.

Apart from that there isn't anything else.

Ah, yes, you could alsso gea vevrtical stand

You don't need much at all then, bar a memory card, dual shock 2 controller, Time Crisis 3 and a gun, dancemat, eyetoy, a driving wheel and finally an official Sony DVD remote

mmmmmmmmm

I agree - the official one is probably the biggest waste of money for the PS2.

For my first PS2 I had a third party stand that had game storage on one side and a multitap on the other. Since it actually did something, it was worth it.

And all that isn't going to cost much, is it?

Time Crisis 3 - sucks at the end of the day.
Dancemat - Sucks - ours has only been used a few times when we first got it (thankfully it's not mine, it's my sister's)
Eyetoy - Sucks at the end of the day
Wheel - sucks as there is really only one game worth buying a wheel for.
Official remote - sucks. Why not use the pad you lazy árse?
Vertical Stand - unless it's like my old one, it sucks.

Peripherals are, for the most part, extremely unnecessary and a waste of money. You'd be better off spending your cash on games or beer.
