I've been away on holiday for a week....my parents checked my e-mail and I recived an e-mail with the following text:

Hi! How are you?

I send you this file in order to have your advice

See you later. Thanks

it contained a file called LCC re pension CoA.doc.pif

When i looked at the file, it had no relivance to anything i'm invilved with at all...

This morning, i have recieved 3 mails from "Mail Delivery Subsystem" saying that it could not deliver some e-mails that I, or anyone else who uses my computer has sent...

They all contained files that are in the My Documents folder...

Go to the page above tells you all about the virus once you have cleaned your system. Email all your contacts telling them that they may have received a virus from you.

Oh yeah the virus is called sircam.

Beat your dad over the head for being such an idiot.

I don't know wether I'm going to tell you this because my policy is anyone who is stupid enough to open an attachment like that deserves a virus.

Urgh, I suppose so then. Download some form of antivirus software from somewhere. That or try symantec.com, they sometimes have instructions.

I've got that virus many, many times but I've set up Outlook not to download it. I haven't had any of your kind of problems but it depends if anyone has opened the file. If they had then that could happen. If anyone else uses your PC ask them if they did.

Brilliant! As usual the careful and intuitive production that Freeola puts into everything it sets out to do, I am delighted.
10/10
Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
