This isn't coming out this year.

I'm not that excited about it really, to me Vice City was just more of the same old gameplay that they used in GTA 3. Vice City was like one big expansion pack, there wasn't really that much advancement.

to be fair, you are right.

but ill expect some decent shots and details at E3...

They're probably saving all the big stuff till E3.
