I have a few questions.

1)How many of you have either of these servivces, and are they good?

2) How much does it cost

3) How quickly is it being rolled out, as I dont have it in my area yet :(

I'm getting Blueyonder installed on 22nd August, so all I can say is so far it 'looks' good, as not many people in my area have it. They guarantee 5 times normal speed at present, with up to 9 times faster in general.

2) How much does it cost

£25 per month for the cable modem service, always on, no call charges.
One off payment of £50 for installation.
You may need to by a Network Interface Card to install in your PC (I've already got an Intel Pro100/VE so didn't have to worry). If you want them to install it for you it's an extra £25 one off payment, and they install it when they install the cable modem.

No idea, check the websites at either NTL or blueyonder.co.uk.
