Yep IF you can get your DC connected to the internet - which means buying Dream Key 3 from someone on eBay and you have dialup account and you can get the thing to actually work.
Cheapest way to get Samba De Amigo is to get the US version, download a freeware boot disc like Utopia, and get a third party maraca set. I got all mine for under Ģ40.
