Everyone is going to miss Khazar. If they knew him or not because:
The people who did not know him will miss to know what he is like.
The people who did know him will miss his joke's and decent Post's even if they do not like him!!

Khazar, hmmmmmm i would miss him...i take it upon my self and i want anyone to blame me because it was me who got him banned.

Techincally, I would consider what Khazar said either a death threat or at the least, offensive.
