It refused to comply,
And the screen was dead,
The drive whirred,
Round and round in a rut,
I'd tried to get help,
But Dixons was shut,
They wouldn't have been of help anyway,
The staff's brains were always on holiday,
I contemplated throwing it out of the window,
To the geeks watching me,
It was a bit of a sin though,
Why the hell was I trying,
To use this piece of cack?
I should have seen sense,
And procured a Mac,
A blue light started flashing,
I became elated,
The hardrive was dashing,
"fixing error" was stated,
The price was a steal,
The picture'd stop jerking,
This computer was made,
For watching people *******.
As the price sticker was peeled,
My toes had curled with glee,
But there were things I had missed
-As the twist-,
Was unfurled upon me,
'Click click' I heard,
From behind my back,
The SWAT Team had broke-in,
From the Radio Shack,
I laughed at it all,
The plan was in sight,
The numbers ticked down,
Everything was alright,
They rushed me outside,
Trying to cover my hide,
My plan was on course,
As the ground shook with force
As the debris settled,
my toes again curled,
I had finally succeeded,
In blowing up,
PC WORLD.
I like the name though, it's better than Tandy.
I liked the ending.
