Hello there, back in august I got a Gameboy Advance SP from toys r us, to cut a long story short it's out of guarentee with toys r us, as the thing won't charge anymore, I have figured out that the port the charger goes int is faulty, as I understand it I should get a 12 month guarentee with ninty, is this the case? Has anyone got the helpline number handy? Am I to expect good customer service or a load of hassle? and one last thing, Am i likely to have it replaced or repaired? thanks!

Isn't Nintendo's guarantee 24 months? It is on GC and all the games.

Well if you bought it from Toys 'R' Us then i assume it came with some form of packaging. Or an instruction manual or warranty leaflet. You should be able to find the number in there somewhere...
