"How to delete opening programs."

On the SR website there are ringtones that you can listen to. To listen to them you need a program and on my computer when it asked me what program I wanted to use to listen to the tone I accidentally clicked on a program that was no longer installed (also I didn't uncheck the "use this program all the time" box.
So now I cannot listen to the ringtones on the SR site (and other things I cannot access on my PC).

What I want to know is how do you delete some of the "open with" program list?

If I have not clearly explained myself, sorry, just ask for me to explain it again.

Go into My Computer, select Folder Options from the view menu. Open the File Types tab and find the .mid file type and then click remove.
