Ok, I am going to remove myself from the forums for the rest of the day because I am in a furious, punch someone in the face if they so much as look at me wrong kind of mood.

It’s nothing to do with you guys, but I don’t want to risk having a go at someone and getting banned from here. Congrats to YH and Grix for the gameaday wins by the way.

Why am I so seriously, not joking about, genuinely want to hurt someone angry?
Ealing District Council
Goddamn idiotic, pen pushing, desk monkey retards. Curse them and curse their stupid parents for figuring out they can replicate to create clones to annoy me. Damn them to hell.

Whenever I stay at my girlfriends, I park outside her place on the road. Twice Ealing District Council has issued me parking tickets on a Saturday. The parking restrictions for that road quite clearly state Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.
Yet they issued me with tickets anyway.
I wrote to them initially, stating that they had issued them incorrectly, and they wrote straight back saying that I had ground for appeal and the fine still stood.
To cut it short, I spent 7 months arguing with them about this, to the point where they issued me notice of appearance in court for non-payment of fines.

I consulted Citizens Advice about this, looked into the parking by-laws of Ealing District and found that I was completely in the right for not paying, as they should not have issued these tickets.

I phone the parking services office again, spend 40 minutes talking to various retards until I reach David Rumney, the manager for parking services.
He then says something very, very interesting indeed. “You should be talking to Hammersmith and Fulham district council, as they deal with that part of the road”.

I ask him why Ealing had issued the ticket then? Turns out that Ealing Council have acted illegally in issuing these tickets, and they grudgingly admit to cancel the fines.

Hurrah, I have that in writing.
Then this afternoon?
I get a phone call from home saying that a letter has arrived giving notice that bailiffs will call within 48hrs to remove goods in effect of payment for these two tickers.

WHAT THE?????????
These have been cancelled, I have this in writing, what the hell is going on here?
I phone Ealing again, but because of the bomb, they have a skeleton staff operating until Monday.
So what the hell do I do?

Citizens Advice are getting back to me, but right now I want to punch David Rumney in the face, as hard as I can for being such a goddamn moron.

Sorry folks, but I had to get this out in a nice, calm manner.

Normal service will be resumed on Monday, right now I am leaving work and driving down to Ealing, very very angry and very very hostile.

Have a nice weekend, feel free to delete this post, I just had to rant before I attacked someone.

Damn freaks.

Councils wate so much money it's disgraceful.

so much red-tape, and so many hangers on.

It's no wonder that they constantly screw things up.

I'm glad i haven't had any dealings with them lately, but my Dad had to but in 5 different planning applications to have a garage built.

It took him over a decade to get planning permission for a house.

How can these toeheads justify their lives?
