I heard it's a bank holiday over in Japan...
I'm guessing he means the official Nintendo website but his message is quite vague, which might actually be the point if it's a test to see what replies he gets.
I have never owned a ninteno product that was faulty, it's just either i treat it quite well, or yu don't and it doesn't like you so it won't work for you.
My Gameboy works fine. My Gamecube was working last night. It's probably just you.
