My line (on Columbo BTW 21CN) has been dead since approximately 12:40am, and still appears down.
I'm currently connecting via mobile internet connection sharing.

FYI There was some planned maintenance last night - didn't think it happened until 3am, perhaps they went a bit early?
The IPSC/WBC Node capacity/status had been frozen for over 24 hours - this came back to life at the same time you had your outage...
