One word: Excellent. Last tuesday I sent off my broken GBA SP and all I was expecting was a repair, but no I got a brand new GBA SP :), great service from Nintendo - first time i've used them. Sony and Microsoft should take note!

Microsoft's Live support are apparently good.

I've (touch wood) never needed to call Customer Services. Ever.
