For anyone that has a bunch of various sid, mod, med, etc files that each require a different player to run, you may want to check out the following site:

http://www.deliplayer.com/

it`s an all-in-1 winamp-type affair for all the old formats :)
it DOES associate itself with mp3`s though so a little tweaking may be needed after installation, but it`s a solid player and will happily play 99% of all the files i had on my amigas.

on the octopus scale, 6 and a half tentacles out of 8.

sounds so 80's - early 90's sci fi Deus ex. But maybe too early? its already 4 years out of date.

i`ll get back to you on that.. but a quick google of "Amiga + mod music" gave a fair few results :)

if it comes to it, i have loads of mods and sids that i can whack on a cd for you..
ALL FREEWARE and PD before anyone complains ;)
