For me it would have to be the Indiana Jones movies.
They are just amazing films and imagine the extras that could be included....just think, a 3-way commentary between Steven Speilberg, George Lucas and Harrison Ford (maybe Sean Connery aswell for Last Crusade)

Anyway...thats my suggestion...
