Just got an email from Gameplay about their sales this weekend.

Xbox + Halo + Midtown Madness 3 = £99.99!

Just ordered it now and will have my Xbox a couple of months earlier.

Anyone want to buy the games off me?

Ye though I had a USB modem and stuff. This is an ADSL/Router ethernet modem.

No started a new job last month so I have a lot more available income. I owe about £1100 now though and I plan on upgrading to a new 7.1 system at the end of this month.

Direct connection is where you plug your modem straight into LIVE without needing to go through your PC.

1. Whats direct Connection?
2. When i got my 4 games and a Xbox, 2 games came in their normal cases whereas the other two came in paper wallets.
3. Are you on a shopping spree or something, your getting an Xbox, 2 games and a new modem. Did you not have all of these before? Eg. the modem?

But it was on the blink and if it wasn't for Ninja Gaiden I wouldn't have bought this one. Its a lot quieter and the new drive is snazzy. The old was knacked, I got it on launch and towards the end it was knackered. LIVE was c*cking up and I wanted a new graphics card which at the time was way too expensive to get without a job. Now though I will get back on LIVE with Rainbow Six, possibly PGR2 but mainly for the Ninja Gaiden online tournaments and ranking tables.

If only you'd kept your old one, you could have saved yourself a lot of messing about!

It arrived this morning but haven't been in home for more than 10 minutes until now. The games are just in wallets with instruction manuals seperate. I have a 2 month free LIVE trial which I will start tomorrow when my new modem and stuff arrives as I am definitley going through Direct Connection this time. I only have the Midtown Madness 3 game that came with the Xbox so I will probably use that as a tester tomorrow.

Will probably be on about 6:00pm ish providing I can get the new modem and stuff setup.

I might just not buy a game at all as i already have CM4 on its way, i have been waiting (Patiently) to get a mobile phone, i dont want a really flash one but i would like it to have colour and something a little special eg.camera, radio or polyphonic ringtones.
Im sure you can get that for about 100 quid nowdays.
