"Both my headsets are broke!"

I've never dealt with Customer Services before, how do I go about getting a replacement Xbox Live headset and a replacement R63 one? My R63 one has been broken for some time but my Xbox one snapped off the band last night.

I'll have to buy another one in the meantime, but I inderstand MS and Ubisoft will replace the broken ones for free?

I'm 1. Lazy, and 2. at work so can't check the manuals for contact numbers/addresses etc.
Can someone tell me who to contact and post a phone number/email address (preferably email as I don't like talking to customer service monkeys) on here for me?

I just bought a new headset kit - called TeamTalk. It has three headsets included and they all plug into one unit. It was the same price as an official headset. Anyone know if these TeamTalks are any good?
