'Director Steven Lisberger confirms he is working on the third draft of Tron 2.0 - the sequel to the 1982 sci-fi classic Tron (starring Jeff Bridges).
In the original, a hacker is sucked into the world of a computer and forced to perform as a gladiator. In the sequel, we enter cyber-space in the year 2021.
And in January 2002, a Tron 20th anniversary DVD is released with four hours of commentary on the original.'
It quite freaked me out :)
Considering what a flop the oroiginal was at the cenima, Video sales must have made the cult popular enough for a remake?
