Well, if they don't claim, Freeola should inform them of it... if no one claims their prizes, then there's effectively no point. This being a competition run by an ISP though, I guess it's a good idea to offer a prize to their customers, says a guy who knows nothing of marketing!

Customers who make websites or some crap, most of the losers don't even claim.
