I'll take out the bias now and speak truthfully.
There's no real difference between the age of Nintendo players and the age of Sony players.
It just depends on which one they chose at the shop or which one they got fr their birthday or which one they liked at their friends house.
On each side you get the full range.
Some 3 year olds have N64s, other 3 year olds have Playstations.
Some 16 year olds have playstations, others have N64's.
The age is irrelevant. It's obvious that no matter what side of the war you're on, if you get sucked into these console wars, you're immature!
(Some more than others admittedly but that doesn't amount to much)
That means Ant, Meka, Myself, Turbonutter, Bonus, Delta, Wookie, Edgy, Kingklik etc...
We're all being immature here so don't ANYONE try to pretend that they're more "grown up" than the rest of us! :-)

When I said immature, I meant that we were arguing over something pointless.
It's like playing wrestling with your friends.
Immature but there's nothing wrong with that as long as it's all in good humour, good spirit and it's fun.
Ofcourse, there's a difference between immaturity and complete stupidity.
These stupid ones are the ones who don't play properly. They defeat the object by not reading what other people have written and just coming up with the most unhelpful comments.
These are the ones who join in a wrestling game and then pick up a baseball bat nearby, go psycho and turn the fun game into a serious bitter incident.
What this topic was aimed at mainly was some comments from Sonyphiles (not all of them, Ant was pretty much innocent) which might have been provoked by idiots but still stooped to their level.
They went and started making digs at the Gamecube and Nintendo in general coming up with stupid things.
And then making out that they were more mature and grown up.
That's what annoyed me and made me write this topic.
So here's some console wars ground rules:
No digging other consoles with stereotypes.
You can say that you're own is better (the whole point of console wars :-D) but EXPLAIN why with a decent argument.
No digging the "enemy".
Personal digs just give bad feeling.
If you're going to just tease them then at least leave a smiley face :-) showing that it's a joke.
The idiots?
If they're on the other side then just tell them simply to grow up.
If they're on your side you give them a talk on how much they're letting their side down.
This is going to be a good clean fight.
No hair pulling, no name calling and NO BLOWS BELOW THE BELT!

It sounds like you're just mentioning all the regulars who post in the Nintendo forums! I am not immature for answering peoples questions, or for stating points. What is immature is people coming on here and saying "This console is the best", without giving any valid reasons and then insulting others because of it!

How stupid I was back then. The thing is I didn't actually make mindless remarks about it. I backed it up with examples and other things.
The only problem was, I was mangled by all of the other regulars coming to do the dirty work and I was eventually defeated as I had no more arguements to make.
Then I go and find out that ssxproisn't a very likely person to argue with.....???? At the time my impression of him was very different.
