Before one race I went in changing parts to see the BHP figures and how they change when I put on lower grade parts. When I came to the Sports ROM I changed it to normal and the BHP went from 321 to 332. The car became alot better and felt like the 276 BHP model I was driving earlier but of course that extra bit faster. So for if your Beetle is pushing out 321 BHP with clean oil change the ROM to normal. Maybe this may happen with other cars.
Also has anyone got the Suzuki Escudo, this was my favourite car on GT2 but the one that ive won just cant turn, its got to have the worst handling ever, even worse than the dodge. well is this what the car is like or has the one that ive won been changed.
GT one race car RULES
trolly...trolly...trolly......
I had just got Stage 3 NA tuning for the Beetle and started driving and it didnt feel great. I went into the change part section just to see what bits added what BHP and then I found out that the Sports ROM didnt really work all that well with Stage 3 NA tuning, so I changed it to the Normal ROM.
When I had the Sports ROM fitted the RPM counter showed that below 2000 RPM the engine couldnt get up to speed as the needle would move very slow like previous cars I had own in GT1 and 2. So I think that if you get a unresponsive Rev counter like this when you tune it up then there may be clashes in the parts. Its not very hard to figure out which one as you just swap and change the parts untill you get the best BHP.
kingklik I wont be buying a EVO 6 just yet as I really want the 22B for the 4WD championship. I will get one in the future but not yet.
