Just wondering if Freeola still do the backup of Web Space files??? And if so, how would we get to them if we needed to?

It is easier for you to back up your own site. Juts FTP in and download the files.

Freeola do not backup webspace on a regular basis. We do backup the databases and the main server files every week and do backup all data every so often. The reason we do not backup regularly is due to the fact that it takes days to copy the data when the system, is live.
