I have reached the end of all 3 sections of this game. I have made countless attempts to defeat the chinese-man on 2 of the endings. I have even resorted to cheats but simply cannot beat him. If there is anyone who has advice please give it to me.

its not as good as vice city and that is all anybody needs to know.
i havn't completed true crime on last couple of missions.
I'm not a fan of the game and I haven't played it but I've watched my brother play it.
You have to learn to fight well. Hold back from attacking and wait until you see a mistake. They will come if you get close enough and learn what they are. Hit the right move and keep avoiding. It works but it might take a while to learn.
