one was an Australian, one from New Zealand, and the other from America...
During the course of the coversation, I stated that some such thing (I cant remember what) was really 'cheesy'...
Now, the Oz kiddie, and NZ chap knoew what I was going on about... but the American, didnt have a clue as to what cheesy ment...
Problem was trying to define it... which, none of us could REALLY do (we deefinied it well, as long as you knew what it ment in the first place)...
I was wondering... does anyone know how you would describe cheesyness to someone who's never heard the term before?
(Also... when is a pub a pub... and not a bar?)
As for "chessey" I think it means something thats so terrible, you end up liking it.
Like, a cheesey song would be ones thats so bad, but when you're drunk you ALWAYS sing along when it comes on at a party or whatever.
