Remiem temple is in the SE of the Calm Lands. You need to be on a Chocobo near the entrance from Maclania Woods. Instead of turning left to go down the hill to the Calm Lands proper turn right, the Chocobo will see a feather on the ground next to a broken bridge and then jump over it for you.

The rest of it you'll probably find on gamefaqs.com
