As some of you may know, one of my dream jobs is to work on the SR web team (no, really). Ideally I'd like to get a job as soon as possible but I'm only 15 at the moment. So, in preparation, I have a few questions:

Where is the work based?

Is there a part-time student option?

What kind of experience/skills do you need?

I know a lot of PHP and MySQL, and client-side scripts such as JavaScript, and have successfully written lots of applications on the net.

Can somebody from SR reply to this, as I don't know much about this whole jobs subject and HR refuse to reply to my E-mails. They probably think it's a joke, but even a rejection would be nice.

The old number 01279 321321 still works, but is only really of benefit to people living in the local area!

Grab every oppertunity to bury BT for ever, you mean.

In a followup to my website "Microsoft Sucks", I'm going to start "BT Sucks" and possibly "New Labour Sucks". Maybe I should start a webring...

And I bet SR don't reice a cut of the phone Revenue?
Any if you do it's better than giving BT anymore profit (I don't like BT) and if SR is'nt making a quick buck from the Phone lines, you should be. Grab every money making opotunity!

The national rate numbers seem more professional especialy for the Internet Support lines. SR started in Sawbo but then opened more stores and Basildon is our biggest.

Nah, Sawbridgeworth is the daddy.

Originally, the SR order line STD code was Sawbridgeworth. That was before they changed to a fancy national rate line.

I prefered it with the standard STD. It game a more personal feel. I think that number still works for when the main line goes down.

Sawbridgeworth is the main HQ? Wouldn't Basildon be?

I live 20 mins from Sawbridgeworth, in St. Albans, Herts.

That was the first and only SR shop I've been to...

Thanks, but I don't think I'll bother. I can't really get to Sawbridgeworth just yet so I'll wait until my gap year.

Thanks for all your help.
