Several games nowadays are basicly the same. Like in shoot 'em ups, every single shoot 'em up, you go around killing your opponents and that's it.

So I came up with this idea. I hope Tony or someone will consider making it an official GAD prize compo.

What you do is think of new, unusual ways to play games and post them here. Here's an example:

In TWINE's multiplayer, play on a level where you are outdoors, with ten minutes as the game length. This way, you get parachutes delivering the extra ammo boxes. You and your opponent stand next to each other and take turns at shooting down the 'chutes. The winner is whoever shoots the most down before the time runs out.

Any more ideas are welcome.

That might help.

Edgy, I only start insulting people like that if: There name is Spider (:-D) Or they complain about something that is completely stupid. The post you made which caused me to insult you like that was a whining, whinging post on which you were in the wrong.

Basically Edgy, I've had enough of you whining on here, I'd controlled myself until then but I just couldn't hold it in any longer so I lashed out verbally.

Oh and one more thing, basically you're trying to get our rights to argue censored? I thought this was a place to debate stuff. True debating doesn't mean angry insults and shouting, but some debates are bound to get a rough. Just take it as it comes.

Edgy

As I am sure you are aware we consider the customers just as much as we do the profits, but without some tiny profit (which is all we ask) then we will not stay in business.

The forums has it's own life, and I know that sometimes people are a bit hard or rude to the newbies. But it's not our intention to totally dominate the forums of impose undue censorship.

Tony, the customers are just as important as the profits.

So to keep up the profits, you should agree to certain requests within limits (not changes of prices or anything like that though.)

Basically, if a customer comes here and is told by members to stop being a 'pathetic little girl' (Rastabillyskank) or to basically 'Zippit' (Sniper) whenever they voice their opinions then Special Reserve are going to lose customers.

Considering the customers pay the wages for Special Reserve's staff, I think it would be better if discrimination on the forums discontinued....

...and I just realised that making a point about one thing is actually bringing up a topic which is nothing to do with this one.....

Idea for "the cause": With every game you post off enclose something that looks like one of those leaflets for competitions but is actually a blank cheque. Get the recipiant to sign the bottom and send it back for the chance to win a "glorious prize" (MS Train Simulator). Then simply fill in how much money you want and withdraw away! Foolproof!

We would not give a GD prize for this as it fails to enslave the population of the forums for "the cause", namely to make Special Reserve profitable!
