you can block out any email using spamguard, it's very easy to do.

It is because you have to sign up for them in thew first place. You were clever Matt and didn't.

They ask you what you want to join when you originally sign up...
If you do want to unsubscribe, theres an option in your settings to change which mails you get/dont get so you can either sign up for more, or kill the ones you have off...
otherwise... who cares
