Last night on the news, a camcorder clip was shown (could just have well been You've Been Framed, I don't rightly remember :-) ). Anyway this showed a police officer delivering three left hand punches to a bloke he was talking to, then cuffing him. It looked like he stuck the boot in after too.
That was a bit over the top, wasn't it?
The bloke just stood there and took it to.
That cop was bang out of order, the man was not being threatening, or it didn't look so.
Maybe he had a clipper in his hand? :-)

Apparently the guy has a record and is known to the police. Also, you don't know what - if anything - was said to provoke it.
Of course, none of this justifies the action of the police officer, and I agree it was out of order.
Still, it's nothing when you consider what the Italian police get away with...

I saw that. The guy did nothing. He took some good jabs. Tha cop was out of order. But y did he do it?
