Alone in the dark may have had the original idea and had an inventory system where you could throw anything as a weapon but Resident Evil is and always will remain the king of the survival horror's.

Catacoombs 3D came out long before Wolfenstein...
But there were first person shooters by companies other tyhan ID before then...

Yep. I completed 5 of the 6 episodes.
I should do Episode 6-my gran and grandad have it on their PC.
I was only 6 when I did the others. {:)
Driving - Probably Outrun (Segas arcade game??)
FPS - Wolfenstein 3D
Strategy - Dune (back in about '90 i think?)
I canna be bothered at the moment, but if you need to work one or two out later on I will fill them in for you!
